Custom Commission Terms And Conditions:Please read this thoroughly before we start our work process. THANK YOU• The prices and payments are all mentioned in USD($).• Payments are made via PayPal ONLY.• The payouts have to be made in 25% before
I start working on the commission.• Please submit your payments after we have agreed
on prices and a delivery schedule.• If you have a deadline to meet, please talk to me
in advance to confirm if I am able to meet it.• Please include as much detail as possible with your commission. Color preferences,
reference photos, etc. This will assist in speeding up the process.• I Don't do refunds after we started on your commission,
but always ask for revisions if you have them• If you would like to RUSH ORDER your commission, PLEASE TELL ME BEFOREHAND
Rush orders can range from 3-5 business days.(Depending on the order amount and detailing demands)• Rush orders are an additional 50% of the total order.
(Ex. If you’re buying 2 overlays at $100, RUSH ORDER will be a total of total $150)• I do not provide the source file of the Commission
(But I take 2x the Price for the source files. Ex. for a Screen .MP4 $100 And Another $100 for the Source file)***I reserve the right to withhold or ask for the withdrawal of a commission.

Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Advertise me at any location or website.
- Publish artbooks/portfolios using the work.
- To display where I see fit.**You may pay to have rights of the design for merchandise/commercial/redistribute use and resale.WITHOUT commercial purchase, the CUSTOMER has the right to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use
- print the art for themselves and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
**Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
**You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale.Commercial Fees:BASIC: 2x price for artwork/design/asset that is used as promotional uses/exclusive personal uses etc
(eg: alert costs: $50 —> $50 x 2 = $100)FULL: 3x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise/redistribute
(eg: emote costs: $50 —> $50 x 3 = $150)By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service.....
.After you've booked your slot I'll start working on my design processYou're free to make revisions (and please don't feel bad about it, it's a normal part of the process!),
but please keep the following in mind:• I'll take ideas from your provided instructions or reference photos and design your required
asset.• During that I'll keep you updated through Discord/mail(or whichever way you prefer)
for revisions+approval for the design and animation process.• After you've approved the design I go on and start working on animating them/it. Once I've started
animating I won't take any more revisions for the design.• You can give me input and ideas about the animation before I start animating.
but no major rechanges/reanimations after I've finished working on an asset.• Once we've agreed upon all the asset quality then you will send me the rest of the payments and
I'll send you all the files through mail attachments.• I have the right to post the commission result as my sample/social post. I can even stream while working
on the assets. But you can let me know if you want me to post it
after a certain date (e.g. Debut date),2x fee for the non-published option.• No cancellation/refund after I have started working on your orderREVISION NOTE
• Maximum 3 major revisions/redirection/redesign while in the design process• Once I've started animating I won't take any more revisions for the design.• If you change your mind about an asset and decide you want something significantly or completely different,
like a background or elemental change resulting in me having to start over,
these kinds of revisions are subject to an additional asset fee.
